Instagram is funny. You “meet” people through sharing recipes and supporting each other with a simple like and comment. And sometimes you meet people who just so happen live in your building and who you went to college with, but didn’t realize.

That was the case with Isabelle over at Good Get Feelings. I was obsessed with her health and wellness and positive energy content from the start, and became even more obsessed when I tried her Chocolate Brownie banana bread. Ham and Swiss Pinwheels [“LJ’S Breakfast pinwheels”]

Every year, I look forward to Christmas Eve dinner for one reason, and one reason only (whelp, besides my family’s competitive game of left right center). My Aunt LJ makes THE best bread that she serves with dinner, which was the inspo behind these ham and swiss pinwheels.

Vegan Olive Oil Apple Loaf

One of the best parts about moving this summer was taking time to explore my new neighborhood. After stumbling upon Three Fifty Bakery and trying the vegan zucchini apple loaf, I KNEW I had to try to recreate something similar. My version, a Vegan Olive Oil apple loaf, is not just great by the slice. This recipe also makes (my personal fave) bombbbb mini muffins.
